Bournemouth Job Share Program - Operations
A job share is another version of a FWA (Flexible Work Arrangement) and an important enabler in growing a diverse and inclusive workforce of the future. It is a great way to balance an employee’s need for flexibility against a business’ need for continuity and productivity. It's like a micro team - two people are jointly responsible for delivering in a role that requires full time coverage. They alternate working days or weeks, have an effective handover, share tools and communications channels, and keep productivity going full time.
We are currently collecting expressions of interest from Job Sharers looking to work around 19 hours each.

Digital Platform Services - Transformation Business Analyst
The Digital & Platform Services transformation team is responsible for the delivery of the Strategic End State Programs to improve the overall client on-boarding experience
- Responsible for the execution of projects for the Transformation Product Development group using standard Agile project delivery methodologies
- Perform data analysis using data modelling techniques, technically strong in UML, JIRA and Agile project delivery
- Strong facilitator, critical thinker, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in a BA role and Financial services
Cross Product Change Services - BA and Testing Analyst
Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) is a change delivery organisation within the CIB’s Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) that provides integrated change, testing and implementation support to CIB stakeholders.
- Support Project for the Markets, in a cross business, cross functional project based environment.
- Relationship and Change management experience in Financial services
- Numeracy and Microsoft skills.
- Optional knowledge of the Securities, Markets and Wholesale Payments businesses, client base, operations and systems
Collateral Services Operations - Trading Services Analyst
The Securities Collateral Management Operations team supports: Securities Lending Escrow (SLE) and Tri Party Repo (TPR)
- Creation and maintenance of Client Eligibility schedules in Collateral Eligibility Services (CES).
- Client focused, attention to detail and ability to understand complex models
- Flexible approach to hours
- Experience in collateral, stock lending or Repo
